PH HAIR IS COMMITTED TO A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL OUR ORDERS.

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed.
You can make an exchange on hair bundles/wig within ONE (1) DAY of date USPS delivered the product. Make sure to email us immediately once you decide to return. sales@phhairextensions.com
The PH Hair Extension tag MUST NOT be cut! The lace MUST NOT be cut, altered in any way for an exchange! The Bundle wrap must not be tampered with or cut.
Under no circumstance will we accept an exchange after 30 days.
If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. There is a 15% RESTOCKING Fee that will be charged.
For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a tracking information and signature required. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items in transit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges in a product exchange transaction.
Once received and determined to be in resealable form, an exchange will be issued within 7-10 business days.
